2. What carriers offer PEOPLE Mobile and how do I get it?
PEOPLE Mobile is now available at AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless. Click here for instructions on how to download PEOPLE Mobile or to be notified when it is available on your carrier.
3. How much does PEOPLE Mobile cost?
PEOPLE Mobile is available for the suggested retail price of $3.99 per month. Note: Viewing photo galleries requires network connections and charges may be incurred. We recommend you have a data plan in place.
4. How do I cancel my monthly subscription to PEOPLE Mobile?
If you purchased PEOPLE Mobile directly from your carrier, please contact them directly to cancel your subscription.
If you purchased PEOPLE Mobile from LimeLife by using a shortcode, you can text STOP PEOPLE to 55433 and we will cancel your subscription.
Note: If you cancel before your monthly billing date, you will still have access to all the latest updates for the remainder of your billing month.

7. How do I view a photo gallery?
To view a photo gallery, simply press the left/right keys on your phone.
8. How often will there be new content in my People Mobile application?
People Mobile is updated with up-to-the minute news and photos as they appear on People.com. Certain photos galleries, such as Sexiest Man Alive or Oscars, are seasonal.
9. How do I create a People Mobile account?
To create an account, press * to go to the Options menu, choose Create Account and follow the instructions. You will be asked to provide a username and a 10-digit phone number. Note: This information is for identification purposes and will not be used without your permission.
10. Why should I create a People Mobile Account?
With an account you'll be able to share images and stories with friends. Entering your e-mail address is optional; however, a valid e-mail address is required in order to share with friends via e-mail.
11. How do I add someone to My Friends List?
If you dont already have an account, youll need to create one. Add friends to your list by choosing Share at the bottom of any photo gallery, then selecting Add a Friend. For each friend, enter a name and a valid e-mail address (you can save up to 30 entries). Now youre ready to share!
12. How do I share a story with my friend by phone?
Friends must have People Mobile and an account to view news stories and images sent to their phone. When you share a story you can add a comment and your friend can reply using our special People emoticons. To view what your friends have sent you, go to the Main menu and select 5) From Friends. When you share by phone with a friend that does not have People Mobile or an account, we will send each friend a limited number of Referral SMS messages. Each SMS message includes the news story headline and your Sharing Name so your friend knows the message is from you. The message also includes instructions on how to get People Mobile. If a friend's name is crossed out on your Friend List, it means they have not responded to your referrals and you can only share with them by e-mail. If your friend subscribes to People Mobile and creates an account, they will become active on your Friend List and you can share with them by phone.
13. How do I share a story with my friend by e-mail?
To share a story by e-mail, you must provide a valid e-mail address when creating a People Mobile account. You also need to include valid e-mail addresses for each of your friends on your Friend List.
14. How do I use the celebrity reveal Puzzle feature?
Who's the celebrity? Re-form the jumbled image by sliding tiles into empty squares until they are arranged correctly. Highlight a tile and then press OK. Pressing keys 1 - 9 will also slide tiles towards an empty square. Press * to solve the puzzle. You can read the story behind the image by selecting Read It once the puzzle is solved.
